RETURN & RETURN POLICY

No exchanges or refunds.   Obviously... if the product comes in damaged then we will replace it!   But due to the size orders that our distrubutor does there are no margins to exchange or refund.  Please double check your sizes and colors.  Thanks!

SHIPPING POLICY

Will Ship Anywhere in the USA!  Once it leaves the warehouse and delays or loss is beyond our control and Customer must file a claim with the shipper.

PAYMENT

By Paying the above invoice, you agree to 10-14 Business Day Turn Around Time on all items in the Store.  Once items have shipped, we are not responsible for mail /carrier (UPS, USPS) delays.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE- Customer service is my top priority.  Please if there is something wrong with your order when you receive it-please reach out and let me make things right! 

  • Ninety percent of my items are always available.  Please message me with screen shot and I will be glad to get that for you as long as it is still available to me.

  • Turnaround Time - Unless stated otherwise most items are 10-14 BUSINESS days.  Business days are Monday-Friday-EXCLUDING holidays.  Please understand that things do come up and are out of my control.  Customer Service is my top priority and I will always do what I can to give you the best service.

  • Returns - Since most items are personalized there will be NO returns. However, things DO happen and there will be mistakes.  PLEASE let me know within 7 days of your order completion so I can make things right for you!  

  • PICKUP - Once completed, Items are packaged and placed in the bin outside.  An email will be sent out the same day with all Information for pickup.  If your items are in the pickup bin longer than 7 days and there is an issue once picked up, I will fix it at 50% of the list price.  

  • Shipping - Once the order is complete I will ship it out and send you tracking information.  All items are shipped through USPS.  Once an item is in the hands of the post office I am no longer responsible for it.  If something happens to your item during transit please notify me ASAP.
